happy full moon, lovers! tonight, as i watched the moon rise over the trees, i felt a surge of happiness for the goodness of today.
in the wisdom of mystic mamma, this radiant full moon encourages us to “walk through fear and embrace the whole range of experiences.” this really strikes a chord within me, as i reflect over the past year. it makes me think of how important it is to have a community of loved ones around you that support you, and help you overcome your fears, whether spoken or unspoken. i am so thankful for my community of friends; they have had such an impact in my growth this year.
i am sharing a recipe tonight, from janessa, someone who has been a source for me over many years. she made this tea for me twice last weekend, and i fell in love with it! it brings comfort to me and feels very suited for the full moon energy.

janessa also suggests placing your herbs/water/mason jar outside on a bright day to soak up the sun’s rays ~ sun tea!
just as i always say with essential oils, it is important to source high quality herbs for your tea. dandelion botanicals in ballard, rainbow natural remedies in capitol hill or herban wellness in kirkland are a few local apothecaries to buy quality herbs from. mountain rose herbs is another beloved seller.

find a friend, make tea & enjoy one another! i will leave you with a quote from mystic mamma, “instead of checking out, we gain soul power by withstanding, and being creative where we can, in the face of adversity. true confidence emerges when there’s nothing to fear within or without.”
